Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Carry Craft gear. If something’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered.

• Return Window: You may return your item within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Process: To initiate a return, simply email us at carrycraftstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
